Privacy policy

Who handles the data
The controller is UAB Fiteksas, company code 304092942, VAT number LT100009664410, registered office at Vaižganto g. 9A-19, LT-44225 Kaunas, Lithuania. Contact info@fiteksas.lt about privacy.
Data we collect
The enquiry form collects a name, email address, message, selected products or systems, quantities, finishes and configurations. Company and phone are optional. Minimal technical security data may also be processed to prevent abuse and manage submission state.
Why we use it
We use the data to receive and retain the enquiry, respond, discuss the selected range and protect the service. The purpose-specific legal basis still requires final legal approval before launch.
How the enquiry is processed
In production, a Cloudflare Worker will validate the enquiry and store it in Cloudflare D1. Email notification through Brevo has been verified in a separate non-production environment but is not yet active in production. The deferred R2 backup feature does not currently copy enquiry data. Application logs do not record enquiry text or contact details.
Recipients
Authorised Fiteksas staff and necessary website-infrastructure, data-storage and email providers may process the data. The final description of Cloudflare, Brevo, transfer regions and relevant agreements must be verified before launch.
Retention
Enquiry and customer data stored by the website and its API is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and follow up, for no more than 12 months. Eligible website database records are then removed automatically. The website cleanup process cannot access or delete messages received in Fiteksas mailboxes; business-correspondence retention is managed separately. Fiteksas and its legal reviewer must approve the final wording before launch.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and make another lawful request or complain to the supervisory authority. Contact info@fiteksas.lt.
